I visited the motorbooks site and found the book, as you did, in the out of print catalog.  My guess is that they haven't updated their site or they are not making the book available in all markets.

All I can tell you is that I called the operator there and she said that the book is currently on back order(every thing is always on b.o.) and she said that if you want to reserve a book, you should avoid online ordering and mail it in with payment.

Note that the catalog number is 102626N, price is $34.95, and the article doesn't appear in the main body of the catalog but rather on the second page of those flimsy seasonal sale advertisment pages stapled to the front.

My guess is that is will be in the next printing and the web site will be updated then as well.
