Whoopdedoo! Through the £140K.................... £145,441.38

Whoops! added up last months total a grand adrift, sorry about that! Anyone out there got £138.00 to take us through the £25K for 2002? Pretty please! I'll leave 2002 open in case there is enough from Area's Xmas knees-up feasts.

A year's gone by since my little reminder about blood donating back in January. Just as a matter of interest, how many club members are blood donors? If you are, please say so on Blatchat. Any signed up to be bone marrow donors too? Tis a small thing but don't half save lives. It takes a bit longer than writing a cheque but you do get to be administered to by a lovely nurse! - and it's far less scary than a passenger ride in a 7! We now have a club member, Phil Bishop, who works at the National Blood Service who will be only too pleased to answer any queries and allay your fears about needle sizes, how long it take for your arm to fill back up again, is there a choice of biscuits, do they offer leaded, unleaded and sulphur free as choices for petrol heads, etc - see topic on Blatchat

We've got famous! - Have a look at the LRF website, (link from the club site) and see the write up LRF have posted for all your efforts; scroll down to Nuke the Leuk. We've also got a mention in LRF News. I did tell him it weren't me guv but all you lovely lots efforts!
