NUKE THE LEUK ’00

02/00(04/00)

Millennium Target £100,000

Very well done all, that's a wrap for 1999 at a grand total of £8061.50
If we can do the same in 2000 we'll sail throught the 100k target

Lap 1,'00

Mr Plunkett, North Yorkshire, has asked me not to mention his kind donation, so please don't read this item! (having bought a new 7 his 2000 membership money is surplus to requirements 30.00
Eddie White Motorsport, donations from customers + a top-up from Eddie 20.00
50.00

Eddie will be attending the Lotus Show at Donington over the 11th-12th March.  If you take any surplus bits along he will either give you cash or make a donation to NtL. Best get the garage cleared out eh?

A couple of club members, Dave Marson and Tim Sture, who are entering the Caterham Academy Series have contacted me through the Se7ens Mailing List as they are prepared to carry NtL stickers on their cars this season to help spread the word. So look out for them.

Tim is also using the seasons racing to raise money for the Leukaemia Research Fund via NtL.  Sadly Tim’s wife Helen has just lost a young cousin to leukaemia so he would like to join the fight.   Tim is putting together some interesting ways of raising money so please watch this space.  If there are any Club members in the Preston area prepared to offer Tim a bit of assistance with his plans he will be pleased to hear from them.   Tim can be contacted at work on fax no. 01257 518004.

Once Dave and Tim's cars are built and decal-ed up, I'm hoping that they will both send me a few pictures of themselves and their cars for Low Flying. (Please!)

Will (Marathon Man) Paul should be counting blisters by the time this is read so I trust you’ve all done your best to make it worthwhile for him.

Yes I know the following totals differ from last month but I made a bit of a booby in May.  I counted a figure in the total twice dammit!

Total so far:    £92,100.50     To find:    £7,899.50

Cheques payable to "Leukaemia Research Fund" please ..and send to:
