Millennium Target £100,000
Lap 11...
With
the weather on our side, a huge lay-by, Beryl for the view, hot sarnies including super
sausages donated by John Howe, and loads of friends, what more could one need for the
London to Brighton Run? A great day, I counted 35 wee beasties and apparently some had
already left before I arrived! The
Se7ens Mailing List has stepped in at the 11th lap, with Roy Booth and Dan
Drake opening the book. Closely followed by Nigel Marston making a donation as some good
friends gave him some gearbox oil foc, and Mark Crabtrees family donated a fiver
each, including the dog who has agreed to go without food for a week as a result! (Yeah
right, youll spend more on earplugs!) Once again Chris and Nora Scott have decided to support NtL with those hard earned savings they put aside for charitable purposes. Stars the pair of you.
