Camino de Santiago
Following the success of our 2001 tour, Club Seven España are delighted to invite you to join us in following the Camino de Santiago in 2002. The meeting will commence in Santander on the morning of Tuesday 13th August and end the following Tuesday, 20th August, back in Santander.
We will potentially visit the wine region of La Rioja, weave our way through the gorges and passes of the spectacular Picos de Europa, taking in several villages and head on to La Coruña where we will spend the weekend.
From La Coruña we will explore the
Rias Baixas and Rias Altas areas and also visit the cathedral at Santiago, the final destination for Christian pilgrims since the Middle
Ages.
On our return to Santander we will drive along the coast roads of Asturias, passing through Cangas de Onis, San Vicente de la Barquera and Santillana del Mar (voted the most beautiful village in Spain).
A final budget has yet to be established for the meeting but is expected to be roughly £700 per couple/car. This includes all accommodation and food but not the ferry crossing from the UK!

Places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis and we will require a deposit of £350 to be transferred to us by 31st December
