Caterham 21 GTO, testing at MIRA wind tunnel

Eligible for current Belgium, French and UK GT Championships, this ultimate development of the Caterham 21 is built for the road and track. Created over the last 12 months following 24-hour and Class victories in the Belgium Belcar Championship in 1999, the latest Twenty-One boasts a 1.8 litre engine, producing 230 Bhp.

The outer bodyshell is also derived from the standard 21 car, but has been honed during numerous visits to the wind tunnel, ensuring high-speed stability together with maximum top speed. At recent testing at the Milbrook Proving Ground, the car recorded a maximum speed of 153mph, with a 0-60 time of 3.8 sec.

This exciting road car is aimed at GT racing’s under 2ltr class and serious track day customers.
